Reinhold, da bist du mit deiner Super-Hardware im Vorteil. Nicht alle Engines finden den richtigen Weg in den Anfangszügen.

Die ist mehr eine Soft- als eine Hardwarefrage diese Studie heutzutage, würde ich sagen. SF dev. braucht single thread (um's etwas Hardware- unabhängigier zum machen) wohl schon ein Weilchen, da hab' ich nicht genug Geduld gehabt, aber z.B. Dragon 3.2 ist auf einem core der 3.5GHz CPU praktisch sofort fündig (wenn's einem "nur" auf die Anfangszüge ankommt, sagen wir bis zum 4., mit dem dann auch die klare Weiß gewinnt- Eval kommen müsste, weil das Läuferopfer 4.La5+ sonst nicht im Output gebracht wird), und LC0 schafft's mit der 3070ti GPU auch recht flott.

Das ist der Output der Konsole, Reinhold, kein GUI, das hat den Vorteil, dass ich keine Parameter, die bei meinen Installationen alle irgendwie von default abweichen, verstellen muss und gleich single thread- output hab', ohne Syzygys und die Zeitangaben in msec., also ideal um gut vergleichbare, nicht vom SMP- Glück abhängige Zeitvergleiche anzustellen unter Engines, die nahe beieinander liegen in der time to solution.
Und bei Dragon sieht man halt so sehr schön, dass er schon in den ersten Iterationen und noch weit unter einer Sekunde das Wesentliche der Lösung hat. Die Zahlenangaben unter time sind msec., wie gesagt, in der ersten Zeile mit einer etwas längeren Variante, die man übrigens als Text auch ohne die Zugnummerierungen ins cb- GUI einfügen kann nach dem Kopieren, bei 79 msec, ist das 4.La5+ mit der Gewinn- Eval (629cp) bereits im Output.

Danke Peter,

mit meinem Lc0 v0.30 Netz 365000 = wie TCEC 23 habe ich auch im praktischen Spiel auf
Schach.de sehr gute Ergebnisse erreicht.

Dieses Lc0 ist zumindest in der Analyse besser als das neue 4000000 Netz.

S. auch bei dieser Teststellung: Meine 2 RTX 2070 im Verbund entsprechen der RTX 3070 ti.

Tatsächlich braucht er 1-2 Sekunden mit 30 Threads, bis die Eval eine Weiß gewinnt wird und das 4.La5+ in den Output kommt, aber einen wirklichen Unterschied macht's auch nicht.
Schau' vielleicht mal, ob du nicht irgendwas angewählt hast unter den Optionen wie z.B. eine bestimmte Personality, jede derartige verwendet dann statt NNUE die hard coded Evals und das wäre am ehesten ein Grund, dass deine Installation da über eine Minute und bis in Tiefe 60 das 4.Lc5? statt dem richtigen La5+ im Output hat und dadurch dann erst mit der Eval so richtig klettert.

Aber obwohl ich das nicht gedacht hätte, ist der 3.1, den du ja auch probiert hast, Reinhold, eine Nummer langsamer bei der Stellung. Hab' ihn eigens auch noch einmal installiert im Fritz, und tatsächlich braucht Dragon 3.1 sehr viel mehr Tiefe und Zeit, eine Gewinnvariante in den Output zu bekommen.

Single core hab' ich's nach 4 Minuten abgebrochen und mit 32 Threads neu gestartet, davon hier der Output mit 32G Hash:

Und selbst da ist immer noch das suboptimale 4.Lc5+ statt dem La5+ drin, nachdem das nach 3 Minuten immer noch so war, dorthin gesprungen, erst unmittelbar vor dem 4. Zug hat Dragon 3.1 bei diesem einen Versuch dann das La5+! gebracht.

Rechnet relativ zu 3 und zu 3.2 tatsächlich deutlich länger an der Lösung (aus den richtigen Gründen, mit einer wenigstens im Wesentlichen korrekten HV) vorbei.
