Sonst geht gar nix.
Jedes Buch enthält 5254 verschiedene Eröffnungslinien, also 5254 verschiedene Schlußstellungen nach 8 plies.
5254 opening-lines. All 8 plies deep. No double endpositions. All lines are stored in
the 4mvs_gm_y2000.pgn -file.
The three books (for three GUIs (Fritz, Shredder, Arena)) were made out of this
pgn-file. Each book contains around 13000 moves.
All lines were filtered out of the Mega-Database 2018:
- both players 2500 Elo or more
- database entry from year 2000 or later
- all games at least 30 moves long
These gave 45000 games. They were cut after move 4 (ply 8), then all double
endpositions were filtered by pgn-extract (with the "fuzzydepth"-command).
Result: 5254 different opening-lines.
The books should be used with the booksettings, the .jpg-picture shows, which
is included. And book-learning should be switched off. Best way is, to use
the write-protection of the bookfiles (except Arena: write-potected bookfiles
does not work!).
If you do so, these extremly short books are perfect for testing LC Zero.
The 4mvs_gm_y2000.pgn -file can be used as opening.pgn database, which is used in
an engine-tournament sequentially, too. Because the openings are not sorted
(totally random!).
