Was zeigen die Kristallkugeln? Weiß oder ahnt schon mal jemand was?

I think that the best that can be done in this situation is to try to replace Marco with enough many maintainers... I think we should start with Lucas, Gary and I.
- In the long run, people can come and go.
- 3 maintainers means that disputes can be resolved by majority vote.
- It also means that people can more easily take holidays from maintaining SF.
I try to allocate some more time for this project in the near future to get things going, because it would be pitty for SF to die just after it reached the top.
In the long run, I'm happy to be replaced by someone else...

I propose
https://github.com/official-stockfish/Stockfish as the new official repository.
"official-stockfish" is a github organization, and so we can add/remove admins to allow the repository to remain the same, even if maintainers change.
Along with this, we will need some updates in how changes are handled. My initial thoughts are that all patches that pass LTC will have pull requests created by their owners against the official repository. There, code review and suggestions can be handled using the github UI (which is quite nice).
As to how patches will be accepted or not, that is a more open question. Any suggestions? A simple vote of the maintainers seems like one reasonable option.
