About the rating list,
In my opinion the current standing (25m+10s) will be not same as 4m+2s,some engines are started to show the difference in strenght
I mean,one of these different standings will be probably the performance of Ivanhoe
But however,there is one leader in all my tours:Houdini-great job by Robert Houdart

About the draw games,
We see more draw games due to slower time control,but i agree with you that with weaker participants the winning percentage will be changed...
