Nibbler ist js bzw. json, da brauchst Du nur Electron für, das gibt es jetzt auch native zum Download:
electron-v12.0.1-darwin-arm64.zip.
Und dann in der Konsole aufrufen: /Applications/Electron.app/Contents/MacOS/Electron main.js
