Zu a)
Den vollständigen Link findest du, wenn du oben links im Beitrag auf das "Blatt" klickst. Je nach Status kann es weiß, gelb oder kombiniert mit einem roten Häckchen aussehen (siehe Hilfeseite).
Zu b)
ganz normalen HTML-Code für Hyper-Links verwenden. (z.B ......a href=.....)
Ich war mal so frei und habe es für dich eingerichtet. Unter deinen persönlichen Optionen kannst du es dir anschauen. Für Signaturen ist eine maximal Länge von XX Zeichen vorgegeben (HTML-Code zählt mit). Deshalb passt leider nicht alles komplett dorthin.
