After one month preparation the Infinity Chess Team Cup 2015 will be starting on Sunday, 1st February. It's an invitational tournament for 8 top teams with 4 regular players each. It's an all play all event with 28 games (60m+15s) per player.

All players of a team have to use the same engine. The event will last until 2nd March. The winners will be awarded a prize funds of 24'000 €, half of it for the best 3 teams and other half for the best individual players per engine.

There are 2 rounds each day (except from Sundays 8th Feb., 15th Feb., 22th Feb. and 1st March). Rounds start at 19:00 server time (Abu Dhabi time).

Teams and Engines:
The 8 qualified teams will be using:
2 x Cryptic 2.7 (private engine, 1 modified "A")
2 x Houdini 4
2 x Komodo 8 (1 latest test version for Komodo 9)
2 x Stockfish 6 (1 modified)

Next week there will also be a poll on website, where registered users can vote on the outcome of the tournament.

Kibitzers are welcome, if registered on the InfinityChess server (which is for free).

Hallo Arno,
als Kiebitzer interresiert mich, ob es bei Infinity möglich ist
bei einer laufenden Partie eine Engine zuzuschalten. Bei
Chessbase geht das.
Vielleicht könntest du hierzu im Forum mal etwas sagen.

Klar bin ich angemeldet sonst könnte ich ja nicht kiebitzen.
Hab schon alles durchsucht. Finde aber den Button nicht
wo ich die Engine zuschalten kann.Lüfte mal das Geheimnis.
Von JoJo (Infinity) wurde mir gesagt unter kib-engine.
Aber wo ist die?

habs gefunden.musst eine laufende partie laden welche du kiebitzen willst und dann auf
"Add kibitzer"gehen. hiernach geht das enginefenster auf und du wählst eine aus mit der
du kiebitzen willst.
