Im CCC wurde "seitens Komodo" ein bißchen gegen Houdini geätzt sozusagen, weil diese Engine ja Gerüchten zufolge - und ich habe noch nie einen Widerspruch gelesen - als Robbolito-Clone begann. - Ich konnte meinen Senf nicht zurückhalten.

For some decades, it was believed that the genetical code of homo sapiens is 99% identical to those of chimps. Later researches reduced that number to something like 94% (and maybe you might come to a smaller number too, comparing Houdini and Ippolit more closely?) - Anyway, we can conclude that such small differences (by percentage) of code can cause huge differences between the resulting beings.
I guess nobody would claim that the difference between a chimp and a homo sapiens is no achievement? E.g. I tend to not scratch my arse in public, except in very urgent cases.
(Although I should apologize to the Ippolit creators for that comparison, because Houdini versus Ippolit is indeed more like comparing a very bright human to an also, but a little less bright human. Chimps seldomly get more than ~2200 Elo.)
