Ich vermute, diese Partie ist gemeint:
Paul Morphy : Herzog Karl von Braunschweig und Graf Isouard im (alten) Opernhaus von Paris 1858.
Die Partie wurde allerdings nicht auf der Bühne (dort wurde der "Barbier von Sevilla" aufgeführt; es wurde also doch viel dabei gesungen) sondern währenddessen in der Loge gespielt. Der Barbier war wohl nicht so interessant.
